Very happy with this experience and appreciate the quality of this La Quinta when so many others are lacking in this area.
Another note worthy comment is there is a Tesla charger in the parking lot with two reserved spots for Tesla owners!! This makes us extra happy with our choice to stay here because it will save us charging time tomorrow morning when we continue our long drive.

We found this hotel while driving through the night. The hotel is conveniently located off I-40. It is in a safe area.
The gentleman working the front desk, Michael, was extremely helpful and pleasant. When we first entered and left the room, our key would not work to re-open the door. The battery died on the key swipe. Michael immediately gave us another room, an upgraded room, and called management to fix the problem. Our belongings in the first room were made available to us within minutes.
The room was very clean and spacious. We were able to get a good night sleep to continue our long drive the next day.
We were so glad to find such a hotel without an online reservation.
We didn’t eat breakfast, but the coffee was fresh and delicious.
Good hotel. Clean linens, rooms are in good shape, quiet rooms. Restaurants across the street give 10% off with hotel keycard (O'Charley's and Texas Roadhouse). Older gentleman working the front desk is very kind and amiable. Toilet wasn't cleaned during this visit, but I have stayed here many times without issue. Would stay here again.
This was the second time to visit your hotel chain and the overall facility was nice and comfy..... hairdryer in room needs a new on off switch installed and the refrigerator does not cool satisfactory.... need to get maintenance to check that is as well.... front desk personnel were friendly and professional.... my wife and I are glad to see you will let our little
5 stars for this hotel! After reading terrifying reviews of other La Quinta Inn locations in Memphis I was hesitant about this one (even though the reviews were mostly great for this one). However we have checked in, the room is clean, the bed is giant clean and comfy, our dog is allowed to stay here, and the front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. There are dog bag/trash stations at the sides of the building and there are discounts for guests when dining at O’Charlies or Texas Road House.
I am traveling across country. This is my 4th La Quinta in four nights. I am traveling with 2 adults 3 kids and 2 dogs. I called two hours ahead to reserve a room. I was told there were only a few rooms left. After hearing what was left I choose the king with 2 doubles(twins). When I get here I was given a king and a pullout. I explained that the number of bodies per beds that it was insufficient and not what I requested. I wasn't told that I must be mistaken because the family suites are not available. I was basically told too bad so sad and a nice political way. I was in told that they could also discount the room. I said that was nice however it still does not help my living situation. I gave it two stars because the place does look nice so I did not want to give just one Stars based off the incompetent staff. I have stated several hotels in my personal in military career and when things like this happen it makes my blood boil.
