First of all, as we are checking in, the staff was attentive to make sure the credit account matched the id's. Amidst this attention to detail, though, the staff is incredibly personable warm and welcoming. The facilities are clean and are attractive, from the lobby to the individual rooms. Although the hotel is near the freeway and Ikea, it was silent in the room. It was a pleasant stay.
Very basic hotel for a quick stay. The price was inexpensive and the price shows you pay for what you get. Not great but not terrible.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The beds were hard and the heater was not working properly. Breakfast choices were not great. But, everything was clean.

Great value for a decent room. Although it is aging and needs a remodel in some ares, the beds were quite comfortable and very clean. Water pressure in the shower was minimal.
