We stayed here for one night and didn’t have very high expectations. Just a place to lay our heads for a night. Not only were the rooms not up to the lowest standards (dried blood on the hair dryer, beads between the sheets and blanket, tiny flat pillows -3 for 2 beds-, and outlets without covers), but the service was awful. Since the bedding had obviously not been changed, we did not want to use the blanket we found on the bed, but did not want to make a big fuss either. We went to the front desk and asked for a blanket and perhaps a couple more pillows as it was too cold to sleep without a blanket (15 degrees or so out). The desk clerk rudely informed us that she did not have any pillows or blankets at the front desk. Did not offer any further suggestions. Did not seem empathetic at all. Did not apologize for the inconvenience. Just left us to go back without any options. This is just unacceptable.
If you want to know why, go have a look see. Its very obvious.
Walking up the stairs there were beds, safes, and other room items just laying out. The room itself wasn't very clean at all, bedding looked as if they didn't change from last guest, floors were all sticky and not clean and no hot water what so ever to shower. ICE COLD.... The night lady attendant was not welcoming at all seemed like we woke her up and she didn't want to deal with us. Morning lady attendant was super nice she deserves acknowledgement!
Staff is very helpful and nice. The room has very old and rooted, ripped and dirty. We removed it and used our own. The internet is useless. Drop every few seconds and when work is very slow. The cleaning was doubtfully too.
And please dont call it Motel 6 at Graceland. Those planes landing up to 1 am tells me it is Motel 6 at the airport.
Stained sheets. Filthy tub. Bad sound proofing. I should have found a parking lot and slept in the car. The whole place needs to be condemned.
Its minus stars. The staff was exceptional though- Ebony is who I checked in with and I forgot the young ladies name that checked me out. They were professional and helpful. Other than that, i would never stay there again or recommend a Motel 6.
