Fine hotel, front desk person was nice. Don't ask for a roll away or any consideration unless you booked directly with their website. Breakfast was good.
REALLY hot water. Okay breakfast. Their toaster needs some oil. Beds are a bit hard for my liking. They did chanhe rooms when we accidentally booked a smoking room vs a none smoking room.
Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet, safe,and close to many business. Will stay there again in a few weeks with our business travels.
Fist size hole in wall. Shower hardly drains. Hot becomes scolding while showering randomly. Every outlet is showing behind wall due to drywall being cut wrong. Entire wall near my desk is bowed out. Many stains in carpeting. Staff was very nice
We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites East Memphis. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beds were a little tough to.sleep on, but other than that we had a good stay. The breakfast was the usual breakfast and any hotel with a full breakfast.
