I would recommend this hotel to others.
Used for long-term airport parking. Terribly sketchy place to leave your vehicle. I might have turned around & abandoned the plan if I hadn't found a space near the front door and a light. Their shuttle to the airport is a beat-up minivan that stinks. It's very unpleasant. Our driver to & from the airport was nice and extremely accommodating. No way he could make up for the overall effect though. As an added inconvenience, we waited more than 45 minutes for pickup at the airport after being told the shuttle was on the way. I would have happily paid for a cab if I'd been given good information. Super annoying.
Overall this was a nice place to stay for the night. Our beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived the shuttle van for the airport was blocking the more convenient way for us to get into the bigger parking lot, we have a truck and trailer. So we had to get someone to move the van, no too big of a deal. I'm sure they have their response to be doing it that way. My kids enjoyed the pool until a group of 8 kids came in that were very loud and obnoxious, we left when they started splashing to see who could splash the windows (not the hotels fault). Our jacuzzi tub in room 211 had a leaky faucet so we had to hold it a certain way to keep it from trickling onto the floor. Then at 3 or 4 a.m. someone "accedently" pulled the fire alarm and wakes the entire hotel up, my kids slept through that I do not see how. I think we just happened to be there at the same time as a rowdy group of people with their unruly children. Breakfast was good, we didn't get down there until a quarter to 10 so they were already putting some things up and cleaning. I would recommend staying here when there is nothing going on locally. Maybe it was a one time thing but the shenanigans going on while we stayed were disruptive and annoying. Again not the hotels fault but still not pleasant to deal with.
Good hotel with reasonable price.

Quality suited always have rooms ready for me early in the morning. Breakfast has wide selection to choose from. Staff are friendly.
Attended a kids party. Indoor pool area was freezing cold. Asked staff if temp could be adjusted she advised it wasn't anything else they could do. The Jacuzzi should also make the area warm per staff. Pool was really dark as if it wasn't clean or if they had very high levels of chlorine in the pool. So the kids couldn't swim. The biggest reason this hotel was chosen was because of the indoor pool.
Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff always remembers me by name. They have Lots of selection on breakfast buffet. Price is very reasonable. I would recommend to others to stay here.
