I was only there for a few hours to catch some sleep while I was on the road driving, as always the pillows and bed at the Red Roof is always great. Only thing about this place that kind of put me off a little bit was number one trying to check in with somebody else paying for my room, my company being that payer. You can't do that with them they're, they are real difficult when it comes to third-party payments, other than that the TV, only turn it on for about five or 10 minutes but could not find any channels that didn't have static on them. Still always recommend because of their relaxed pet policy.
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Our King Superior was smoking because that was the only one available on first floor but clean & comfy with only a faint smoke odor...not over whelming at all! And desk called to make sure all was ok.
There were burn holes in the bed and it just looks and smells disgusting. The staff were VERY intruding and rude. They would bang on our door every morning, calling our room constantly and twice even entered our room while we were sleeping and woke us up. They even said they were going to call the police when we were 15 minutes past check out. I️ wouldn’t stay here especially if you want your privacy. The door lock was broken, and can get you locked inside the room. There was even blood in our eye hole for the door. The door frame was busted up like someone had broken in. Every night they raise the price. Ended up spending 100$ almost every single night for this terrible place. They need to shut this hotel down.
This location is horrible. We had to change rooms 3 times due to the issues. First room: the door opens without a key!!! We don't want people to be able to break into our room! Second room: Reeks of cigarettes. These are supposed to be non-smoking rooms. Finally the third room was decent but overall it was not an enjoyable experience.
It was amazing one of the best hotels I've been to nice rooms 10 bed 6 baths luxery spa pool ,indoor gaming,best night of my life. ...
