Jessie checked us in and was very nice and professional. The bellman, Gerald, was amazing and personable! The room was clean and comfortable, as the lobby was the same; very welcoming. When we came down for breakfast, the staff that greeted us was nice. The buffet breakfast was very good, fresh, and filled with so many options. There were plenty of options for guests with special diets as well, which will definitely keep me coming back. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay and this hotel! Thank you all!

Checked in with my family of 4 on 12/16/2017. Excellent location; easy walking distance to Beale St. and FedExForum, which was the reason I booked this hotel. The great customer service and hospitality was a pleasant surprise. We were able to check in at noon, as requested. Then the gentleman at the front desk anticipated that we should actually have a larger room and took it upon himself to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite. Every staff member we encountered here was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Will most definitely return next time we are in Memphis.
An excellent restaurant next door provides room service. You will not get a better meal in Memphis.
We love this hotel. It's close enough to Beale St to walk yet far enough to not be noisy. The hotel staff us always friendly and eager to help. The hotel is very nice and always clean and well kept. We come here once a year and the staff has always remembered us. It feels like a home away from home to us.
Rooftop outside lounging with bar and grill makes evenings enjoyable.
Comfortable room in downtown Memphis. Shared a 2 bedroom suite for a couple of nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast included. Good views of town. High speed Internet included, with use of the provided code.
