Great Little hotel. The pool was down. They are getting a heater fixed. But overall the hotel is great. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Will stay again next month.
I definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, affordable and tastefully decorated. The hotel is easy to find. I felt very safe in this area as the police patrolled the parking lot. The staff was courteous and quick. I plan to stay here on my next visit.
this was the absolute WORST experience of my life. First of all the SECURITY OFFICER was very rude disrespectful and RACIST. He was real quick to anger and forceful for no apparent reason. I have never been so uncomfortable and scared for my life at the same time. I would NEVER recommend anyone to EVER stay in this crappy hotel again. Also how can a business be successfully ran with no supervision ever. No manager present ever. At the time of check my room price was changed drastically because per the front desk girl Rate changes . I understand that but if the damn room is booked and the credit card is held how in the heck can you change rates. The front desk girl was rude about the whole process and the breakfast was horrible hard eggs and greasy sausages. would never ever ever come here again I'll rather sleep outside . and you only got one star because i had to select one to post this... so no stars for this dump
AWESOME STAY!. The staff is great and the place all though not in the greatest area is very secure and is very clean. It is a great location from midtown and Memphis for a reasonable price. If you dont want to spend a ton of money downtown this is the best place to be
We have stayed at many Sleep inn and Suites and have always found them to be pleasant stays. We ran across this one in Memphis and we were not disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and it let us get on our way without another stop for breakfast.
