We had a great experience buying from Sleepy ZZZ's. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped by Michael Zellner himself. He listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and knew exactly what we needed.
Sleepy ZZZ's was our first stop in shopping for a new mattress. Richard greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. He showed us several different types of mattresses and was very patient with us as we tried them all out in hopes of pinpointing the one that was right for us. There was no pressure to buy anything fancier than what we needed or to buy right then and there. That said, once we came to a decision, we saw no need to go anywhere else. Sleepy ZZZ's made a process we were somewhat dreading into a quick, easy, pleasant experience. No complaints!
Our search for a new mattress set was about a year long before we made a decision and it wasn't until we went to Sleepy ZZZ's. Richard was so helpful and because of the guarantee they offer it sealed the deal. The mattress arrived on the exact day they said it would. They also have other furniture that I loved in the store. I will be back. Everyone working on that day was so friendly. Thank you all so much.
We were in today and had a wonderful shopping experience. We knew we needed a new bed and they made the process very easy. My husband and I have both been having back pain and waking up with joint pain. After talking with the sales person, Richard, he helped us pick out a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was very patient, kind and recommended that we lay on the beds as long and often as we needed until we figured out which mattress felt the best for us. He was even patient enough to allow us to google reviews of the mattresses and competitor’s pricing to make sure we were getting the very best deal. (We were). The whole buying experience was very pleasant. We will be back when it’s time to upgrade our other bedrooms with new beds.
I also liked that fact that they don't do "huge" Christmas sales like some of the other big box stores do where they jack up their retail price and offer a big percentage discount. Their discount is still more expensive than Sleepy ZZZ's regular price.
