My husband and I, experiences, here at the Residence Inn, has been the most home welcoming as a home away from home. The staffs in ALL capacity of services, on ALL shifts here are the most smiley faces, caring, friendly and attentive team we ever met for our every needs while here..From the front desk services, food services, security services, and cleaning services are highly appreciated...love the room accommodations. We can say home away from home feeling..nice to be serviced. Mr &Mrs Tillie.
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only potential issue is that it's close to railroad tracks. Gets a little rumbly. Not a problem for me but might bother some people. Great value!
Great service and friendly staff. Great rooms with central heating and air. Kitchen is very well kept, dishwasher and stove top with refrigerator. Totally unexpected to see these amenities for an affordable price. I will look for Sonesta in my travels!
The location of this hotel is a little hard to find. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was fine; they had a few cereals, bagels, bread, eggs, bacon/sausage, and a waffle maker, as well as potatoes and oatmeal. We had a couple of problems - our keys both stopped working, and a family member in a different room had the same problem. They also took our towels and didn't replace them on our second night. Overall good and affordable.
It’s a good hotel in Memphis. Airport not so far from here. Staffs are good. Breakfast complimentary on everyday but happy hour only on Monday to Wednesday. Quite enough. Free parking lot.. There are laundry room. Access by door key. A small market. From here u get water, milk etc. peaceful area. Only one sound is train. Because the rail track beside the hotel..
