A little above average hotel well located downtown. I would rate it 3.5 stars if I could but not quite a 4. Hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was excellent! They had a small bar on the first floor. The breakfast was fairly typical of this class of hotel although I would give slightly higher marks than average. Located a few blocks from the river and right on Main Street where there is a park and several excellent restaurants to choose from. I would stay there again.
Comfortable, clean, great service and the morning breakfast is exceptional. Only drawback is the lack of parking, to which is a inconvenience if your in a hurry. The parking attendants work hard to ensure every one's car is parked, yet in still overall everything else is wonderful.
This is in the heart of downtown and my room was large like a suite and clean. A comprehensive breakfast buffet is presented 6:30 to 9:30. Has very friendly and professional and accomodating staff
The location is great as it is in walking distance of Beale Street and also a few of the popular music museums. The rooms are a decent size. The breakfast has great variety. The only downside so far has been the daily cleaning of the room. We came home to unemptied bins and apart from replenishing the toiletries it didn't really look like they had been in the bathroom areas (the toilet an shower were clean). I suppose I am comparing this to the last 2 hotels we have stayed in on our trip through America which were similar to this one. We would come home to replenished towels every day all nice and neatly hung and everything just looked spotless. I am also not a fan of the carpet which I think could do with replacing. Beds are comfy.
Bed was clean. Cooling system very loud. Nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast.
