It was great. The Guest House is fantastic. We loved our room. The people working there are so friendly and helpful. The food was good. Best location for visiting Graceland.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The suites are roomy and stylish. The regular rooms are great too. Beds are very comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better staff. Delta's restaurant downstairs has the best service in Memphis... guaranteed. Definitely going back.
This hotel really has charm! Quite a pretty and eye appealing place to stay. The rooms are a nice size and have great flare and lighting. The showers are large and modern. They have two places to eat, and a coffee shop. Granted the places are quite pricey, even for hotel standards (average 14-17$ a sandwich plate) and the cheapest glass of wine being $10 might keep that in mind for those who have a large group. The staff is amazing and quite friendly. They go above and beyond for customer courtesy. Located right next to Graceland.
The rooms were really clean and the bathroom was also they had a big shower which is a big plus in a hotel. But no one came to clean the room the next day which that's their responsibility in the hotel when people are busy and leave the hotel for most of the day you would expect the room to be clean. Either way the front building of the hotel was really neat. The décor of the hotel was too. One of the best hotels to stay at for anyone going to Graceland. The hotel had a few ups and downs but still it was well kept and well taken care of on their property.
While the Guest House was nice, it is very much lacking in qualified managers. Almost impossible to get a response or returned call after checkout. Very pricey presumably due to its association with Elvis Presley and Graceland. Concierge personnel was the most impressive thing we saw about our two night stay. They were very friendly and informative. Would not waste our money on another stay there.
